Delivery Times

• Orders placed before the daily collection cut-off will generally be shipped the same day.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 1–5 working days.

• Please note: Rural or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. All courier fees include a small handling markup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Courier Queries

• Once the parcel is collected by the courier, all delivery-related queries should be directed to the courier service provider directly.

• However, we pride ourselves on great customer service and will endeavor to assist you wherever possible.

Damages or Issues

If you receive your order and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days at info@bioenhancement.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
